**Production Supervisor** (**East Rand - JHB**)**

As a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment, production control, rigging and timeous delivery are pretty much a given. With a brand-new factory and premium products, the role calls for a Production Supervisor who will ensure that all activities related to production are managed and carried out at the world class standard the company is well known for.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Through collaborative leadership and expertise technical ability, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for organising and controlling the manufacturing activities including production, rigging and timeous, qualitative delivery. You will be required to work closely with the Production manager with regards to planning, monitoring, and control of all production activities in the factory including but not limited to quality control processes, picking lists and reporting on material usage, relay of production drawings and clear expectations on deadlines to the team. As a leader in the factory, compliance and technical expertise are essential to uphold the high standards this global entity prides themselves on.

**Our required expertise**:

- 4-5 years’ experience within a similar environment i.e., factory, manufacturing. HVAC experience highly advantageous
- Experience on ‘the floor’ within a factory environment is non-negotiable
- Supervisory experience is essential (managing around 40 staff members)
- Relevant tertiary qualification, Trade certificate or Diploma
- ERP experience advantageous e.g., SAP
- The ability to bring new ideas, make good suggestions,
