Safari Operations Consultant

Manage operations sales with our clients luxury East-African Safari Company and 3rd party suppliers.
Handle all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and East African specialists to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients, ensuring their safari experience is tailored to their preferences and interests.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the safari industry, with a strong understanding of safari operations and customer service.
At least 3 years of experience working on East Africa, with a deep knowledge of the region's wildlife, culture, and attractions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for East African wildlife and conservation efforts.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant booking software is a plus.
