**About the role**:Leverage your excellent people skills combined with your experience as a Senior Travel consultant into a Management position, functioning in multiple Hybrid Roles as required.
**Sales Manager Role** leading a small team of Junior consultants, managing seamless bookings and mentor junior consultants.
**Travel Consultant Role** crafting bespoke African safaris, itineraries, leisure holidays
**MICE conference consultant Role**. You’ll design and custom-prepare professional B2B quotations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Sales Manager Role leading a small team of Junior consultants, Train, coach, and guide Junior Travel Consultants in destination knowledge and sales techniques
- Develop, price and sell personalised safari, holiday and conference packages across South & Southern Africa
- Produce accurate B2B quotations and oversee fulfilment for our Conferences division.
- Minimum **15 years’** travel-industry experience at a bona fide travel agency, tour operator or MICE provider—**including minimum 10 years** selling holidays, safaris and conferences
- Relevant tourism qualifications
- Deep expertise in Southern Africa’s parks and reserves and Safari Industry
- Proven sales record and strong computer literacy
- Excellent English communication skills (additional South African language advantageous).
- Outgoing vibrant personality, with excellent people skills.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure, a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to sales management implementation.
