Qualifications / Skills:
- Matric
- MS Office (advanced excel skills)
- SAP experience will be advantageous
- At least 1 year’s sales administration related experience in a wholesale enviroment
**YOUR MISSION**:
We are looking for a qualified Customer Sales administrator to join our customer sales team to help us achieve our goals in the wholesale environment.
You will serve as a point of contact for our wholesale customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and/or sales agents.
- Timeous and accurate packing note creation
- Achievement of timeous order delivery according to customer delivery dates
- Handle client queries regarding stock availability and deliveries.
- Accurate upkeep and maintenance of orderbooks and customer spreadsheets
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated : Ability to work with little supervision.
- Open to change and learning new systems.
- Internal Sales support to the Sales Agents and/or sales representatives.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
