**Requirements**:

- BTech or first degree in Economics
- Project management qualification will be advantageous
- Three (3) years' relevant experience in business consulting, business

surveys and analysing data
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Will be required to travel to meetings
- A valid Code B driver's licence.

Key Performance Areas
- Perform business development consulting services by facilitating

and supporting the BRE programme and project implementation
across the city
- Conduct regular research to ensure sufficient data sets are

developed and analysed including energy load curtailment and BRE
data generated
- Direct and advise on appropriate enhancement options to improve

the current Business Support Management System (BSMS) to ensure a
transversal departmental collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with various businesses sectors and

key stakeholders operating in the City
- Support the deployment of Investment Facilitation Unit resources to

ensure activities and deliverables are completed within deadlines
- Support to the effective administration and management of the

investment facilitation function
- Promote the Investment Facilitation function to highlight its activities

and establish a profile for its services.
