All duties would take place in this context. - Manage Just-in-sequence Logistics Process - Optimise and continuously improve logistics processes - Inventory Control - Build and maintain relationships with transport companies - Route Optimisation Key Job Deliverables: - Ensure the right item is delivered at the right time - Prevent losses and theft - Ensure customer satisfaction Background work experience: - 5 years Automotive Tier 1 - Just-in-sequence Logistics - 3 years Continuous Improvement of Logistics Process - 3 years Complex Logistical Planning - 3 years Theft and Loss Prevention - Degree in Logistics or equivalent - Automotive Logistics - Managing the entire logistics process of an Automotive Tier 1 supplier and keeping OEMs happy - Managing logistics to the OEMs and sub-assemblers to ensure parts are delivered on-time and in-sequence - Ensuring the necessary controls to prevent theft of parts - Advantageous: Specific experience dealing with Ford Personality Summary: - High Administrative - Good with procedures, processes and best practices. - Moderate Analytical - Strong with analysis, metrics, data and fact based decision making. - Adv: Moderate Driver - Ambitious, Results Orientated Go-getter.
