**Education/Requirements**
- Grade 12 (or equivalent) with English fluency (Written and spoken)
- Qualification in business/logistics/operations management
- Worked in the logistics/supply chain environment for 2 - 5 years.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- MS Office spreadsheets and graphics - strong excel skills.
- SAP knowledge and experience advantageous
- No criminal record

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Filing management of all paperwork related to Operations.
- Handling HO finance queries pertaining PO’s and vendors, the Reconciling/compiling finance docs and billing
- Liaising with all stakeholders regarding all purchase orders from head office and vendors
- Invoicing all Motor Plan & Warranty job cards of SAP
- Check that all the parts booked on job cards under Motor Plan Warranty are correct;
- Check payments on Motor Plan & Warranty after claim is submitted;
- Ensure all Motor Plan & Warranty used parts are sent back;
- Capturing all leave and Employee hours on ESS - submitting relevant documentation to Head office
- Sorting all pay queries from EE’s and dealing with customer service and queries
- Handling all insurance claims, damages and being a Petty cash custodian
- Handling local vehicle fleet; all maintenance, repairs and license renewals
- Ordering container packing stock/inventory
- Delivering documents to SARS (Customs) when needed
- Invoice job cards on a daily base when available;

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Business/ logistics/ operations: 2 years (required)
