**_Qualifications & Experience_**
Grade 12 (essential)
MS Office: Word & Excel (essential)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
**_Duties_**
Create van requisitions
Create and complete purchase orders (Syspro)
Prepare EFT documentation for payments
Prepare weekly reports
Scanning of documentation
Ensure vendors are loaded on system
Co-ordination of timesheets
Job card administration
Assist Manager with general administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
