We are hiring a Quality Assurer/ Coach for an outbound digital marketing agency based in CapeTown, CBD.
**Job Description**:
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure that quality, compliance and company guidelines are correctly followed.
- Provide written/detailed feedback to Team Leaders and agents through the quality monitoring system, ensuring a high level of accuracy and detail which allows effective coaching sessions to take place.
- Liaise with the Operations Team (Associate Director, Assistant Manager and Team Leaders) proactively highlighting trends to be covered in coaching conversations.
- Facilitate and actively participate in weekly calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to the Associate Director and Assistant Manager on any changes to advisor behaviour.
- Report and highlight any instances where remedial action is needed to the Operations Team as a priority (Customer Intervention)
- Highlight any areas of concern to the Operations Team
- Be flexible to support the entire operation and attend training/up-skill where this is needed.
- Daily assessment of Customer to Agent interaction
- Daily reporting of work completed
- Updating operations on urgent developmental areas
- Updating weekly reports for operations.
- Weekly calibration sessions with Team Leaders.
- Coaching agents and providing detailed feedback.
- Tracking agent improvement.
- Reporting on outliers
- Trend analysis
Requirements: Advanced Excel skills 1-2 years relevant experience
- Experience within an outbound contact centre would be preferred
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Excellent communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
