**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Notify relevant department manager regarding issues of non-conformance and recommend corrective actions
- Provide coaching on training requirements.
- Creating, developing, delivering and continually improving processes which demonstrate compliance across the business
- Analysing the root cause of any existing risks, following through and ensuring a robust process is put in place to avoid or minimize any reoccurrence
- Assuring that all calls from the call centre comply to all scrips and legislation.
