Boxer Superstores is on the lookout for **two dynamic IT Support Technicians** to join our fast-paced and growing Head Office team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless technical support for our Head Office, Distribution Centres, and Stores.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong service orientation, a hands-on approach, and a solid grounding in support technologies.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Comptia A+ / N+ / MCSE** (or equivalent qualification)
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 10, 11)
- Windows Server (2003 to 2022)
- Networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
- Network hardware (switches, firewalls, APs)
- Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware)
- Advantageous: Knowledge of Unix/Linux
- **Valid driver’s license** (some travel may be required)
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **remote and in-person support** to users across Head Office, DCs, and Stores.
- Monitor network events and perform **first-line checks** before escalating to vendors.
- Escalate technical issues to **ISPs or third-party vendors**, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
- Provision, configure, and roll out new **PCs, laptops, phones**, and other devices.
- Maintain detailed **IT asset tracking** for issued and returned equipment.
- Support users with system access, hardware troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
