We are seeking a skilled I.T Training Facilitator to deliver engaging and effective virtual reality training sessions. The facilitator will be responsible for guiding learners through VR experiences, ensuring they understand and utilize the technology effectively. Key responsibilities include preparing and setting up VR equipment, leading hands-on training sessions, providing support and troubleshooting, and assessing learner progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive VR training sessions for individuals or groups.
- Set up and configure VR hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot VR issues.
- Develop and update training materials and resources.
- Assess and evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with VR technology and immersive learning environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Technical proficiency with VR equipment and software.
- Teaching Degree preferred with a minimum of two years' experience within the industry
- Firefighter Accreditation preferred with a minimum of four years' experience within the firefighting industry
- Registered facilitator with the ETDP-SETA assessor certificate preferred, registered with the relevant AQP (Assessment Quality Partner)

Pay: R18 000,00 per month

- teaching: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- ETDP-SETA Assessor Certificate (preferred)
- Firefighter Accreditation (preferred)
