**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with ERP solution configurations, data migration, and system setup.
- Supporting client implementations and testing activities.
- Creating and maintaining documentation (user guides, client requirements, and process notes).
- Attending and taking minutes during client and project meetings.
- Conducting research to support system design and implementation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.

**What we’re looking for**:
Experience & qualifications:

- A completed **National Diploma or Degree** in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent writing skills for clear and accurate documentation.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a client-facing environment.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- A research-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.

**Minimum requirements**:

- South African citizenship
- Not currently in full-time employment
- Available to start on the **1st of June 2025**, for a **12-month internship**:

- Based in Johannesburg or willing to relocate
- Able to work in a **hybrid** setup (office and remote)
