Property Administrator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Management of accreditation of agents
PPRA compliance requirements Internal and external Agents and Agencies
Prepare month end payment schedule for Finance and monthly sales reports
Collate booking recon statements for owners & send
Advertising management print and social media (load adverts, activate listings, etc.)
Sales Properties Open files, record sales, liaise with Conveyancers, FICA, invoices, manage bridging finances, tax input, manage agent commission process (reports, sign off and submit comm for payment), assist with bonds, follow up with outstanding payments, vetting
Rental Properties Credit checks, FICA, invoices for commission and lease fees, manage agent commission
Zoho Contract management, reporting, update feasibility sheets, update payments and status changes, manage breach and cancellation processes
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Microsoft 365 advanced level (Excel and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Zoho CRM definite advantage
- Experience with Conveyancing interaction essential and not negotiable
- Finance knowledge (Commission calculations and payroll understanding)
