**Reports To**: OPerations Manager

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented **Online Support Staff** to join our growing fulfilment team. Based in-store at one of our Cape Town locations, you will ensure that online customer orders are accurately packed and dispatched in a timely manner. This is a full-time, shift-based role best suited to individuals who thrive in a structured, high-performance environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Fulfilment & Packaging**
- Receive orders from the online sales team via WhatsApp or a central order tracker
- Pick and pack items accurately based on order details
- Use plain packaging and label each parcel with customer details
- Perform final quality control before dispatch

**Driver Dispatch & Coordination**
- Prepare orders for pickup by store drivers
- Brief drivers on delivery addresses and order details
- Log dispatch data such as order ID, driver name, and dispatch time
- Notify the online team when each order leaves the store

**Inventory Communication & Exception Handling**
- Alert the online team when stock is low or unavailable
- Suggest product alternatives and await approval
- Report missed or delayed driver pickups
- Monitor packing materials and request replenishment as needed

**End-of-Shift Reporting**
- Submit a daily shift report to the Online Sales Manager and Operations Manager
- Reports should include:

- Number of orders packed and dispatched
- Any delivery delays or failed deliveries
- Product availability or substitutions
- General notes or observations from the shift

**Shift Structure**

This is a rotational shift role. Staff work 4-6 days per week, including alternating weekends, in compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).

Shift A

08:15 - 15:45

Includes a 30-60 minute lunch break

Shift B

15:15 - 22:30

Includes a 30-60 minute dinner break

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric (Grade 12 certificate)
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10kg
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Team player with attention to detail and reliability
- Experience in retail, fulfilment, or logistics preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required
