- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Have proven experience in lead generation, demand generation or a related field
- Have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting and positioning
- Have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a solid understanding of marketing automation platforms
- Have experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamix
- Have experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
- Have a sound understanding of SEO principles and practices
- Are familiar with LinkedIn, this is a key advantage

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Creating and distributing valuable, relevant and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers and external partners
- Collaborating with team members for constant idea generation and planning of pro-active strategies
- Collaborating with the group internal marketing team to align lead generation strategies with business objectives
- Analysing campaign results, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve lead generation strategies
