Role Overview

We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on Mid-level Performance Manager to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across digital channels. You'll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to deliver measurable results for clients, turning insights into growth. 

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Develop and track KPIs and performance dashboards for multiple clients
  • Collaborate with the external performance agency
  • Collaborate with the internal creative and content teams to improve ad performance
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital advertising
  • Reporting results and strategy updates to clients on a weekly basis
  • Manage the website to ensure setup is correct, SEO is in place

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance management (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution models
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI/ROAS
  • Good communication and client management skills

  • Middle East experience
  • Deep understanding of SEO
