**- **Greet and welcome guests to the casino, providing them with information on games and promotions**

**- **Assist the Casino Host in organizing and hosting casino events and tournaments**On Board Cruise Ship**

**- **Monitor the casino floor and ensure all games are running smoothly and efficiently**

**- **Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions**

**- **Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner**

**- **Maintain a clean and organized casino environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning machines**

**- **Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits**

**- **Stay up-to-date on all casino promotions and events to effectively communicate them to guests**

**- **Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations and laws**

**Requirements**:
**- **High school diploma or equivalent**

**- **Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting**

**- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**

**- **Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records**

**- **Knowledge of casino games and regulations is preferred**

**- **Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled**

**- **Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses**

**- **Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus**
