Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Group Online Casino Manager** in **Johannesburg** will include:
- Build online casino strategy
- Ensure the smooth daily operations of the online casino
- Develop business requirements, product specifications and defines acceptance criteria
- Work with stakeholders to identify and incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
- Assist the CRM Manager to develop, prepare, execute and optimise regular attractive and cost-effective promotions to maximise player activity
- Manage relationships with any Casino-specific suppliers
- Responsible for monitoring of all tasks related to new content releases including design and copy requests, game configurations and full testing cycle
- Proactive in looking for ways to streamline existing and develop new processes in relation to online casino operations
- Producing quarterly high-level game road maps
- Making brands are run in a cost-effective and profitable manner
- Attend industry conferences, supplier and industry events when required
- Keeping up to date with industry news, casino product innovation, payment providers and overall emerging and mobile technologies
Requirements for this **Group Online Casino Manager job** in **Johannesburg**:
- Must have experience as an Online Casino Manager
- Have a solid knowledge of casino games and theory and an understanding of players
- Have the ability to analyse data and make sound decisions and recommendations based on that data
- Understanding of the product lifecycle and ability to write accurate and complete specifications
- Keep up to date with current gaming trends through regular competitive analysis
- Have the ability to conceive new or unique departmental projects or initiatives that can benefit the casino through improving the product, users UX or the back ends
- Must have an extensive knowledge of Excel and be computer literate
- Have the ability to work under pressure and according to set timelines
- Be able to create accurate and detailed statistical reports with findings and outcomes
- Be able to work as a team player
