**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:VIP Manager

**Reports to**:National Marketing Manager

**Essential functions**:
- To actively manage the VVIP client base for the company.
- To oversee Host team performances, rosters, events, budgets, and targets.
- To provide management with weekly reports on each hosts activity.
- To identify new VIP opportunities for the Club Prive program.
- To oversee complimentary, spend of the VIP base and Club Prive tier rewards.
- To manage VIP static offerings (including F&B offerings).
- To ensure VIP Bases are actively communicated to in terms of their benefits and rewards.
- To assist the host team with VIP retention and acquisition strategies.
- To track and report VIP host performances for incentives.
- To manage the companys overall VIP budget.
- To work with Marketing on event calendars for VIP functions.
- To actively manage the use of private suites and event tickets.
- To actively manage annual VVIP trips from inception with the hosting team.
- To work closely with the internal service departments to ensure VIP experiences are caried across all aspects of the company.

**Skills, knowledge, and other requirements**:

- Reliable and Trustworthy.
- Customer focused with VIP management experience.
- Gaming VIP experience required.
- Well-spoken and a good communicator.
- Management experience required.
- Experience with incentive structures will be advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure while balancing multiple tasks and teams.
- Comfortable with problem solving and extremely good with difficult clients.
- Ability to manage events from inception to completion independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements - Experience and Education**:
- Grade 12 or higher.- 5 Years experience in a customer focused Management role with casino or VIP service knowledge required.- Leadership experience with understanding of VIP teams, VIP clients and Incentive structures highly advantageous.- Ability to work weekends, shifts, and work long hours.- Advanced Computer skills required.
