**Job Purpose**:
To maximise Sea Harvest sales in absolute tonnage, NSV and Market Share within the Gauteng, Free State, Northern region & Mpumalanga as well as managing profitable opportunities that the Company may add.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Duties include but will not be limited to:

- Achieve regional volume, value and market share targets
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with Sales & Merchandising agency, key stores management, retailer regional management and buyers
- Achieve weekly call cycle targets and POP objectives with retailers, including forward share targets, stock availability, use of scorecards to track store performance, innovation implementation and monitoring and negotiating for additional space
- Focus on reducing store waste & returns
- Travel within the dedicated areas for overnight stay as and when required from the business
- Strategic Analysis of available data sources to increase sales volumes by identify sales gaps in the market and reduce risk to the business
- Offering tailor - made solutions for customers, based on thorough understanding of the Sea Harvest products and customer requirements.
- Monitor and ensure high advert compliance standards through all retailers are maintained
- Manage and execute in-store promotional drives complimenting the marketing campaigns and strategy
- Monitor and adhere to budgets
- Identifying profitable opportunities within the retail & wholesale channels for additional sales volume.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**:

- Grade 12 with Sales and Marketing Certificate
- Min 3 - 5 years accumulated experience in FMCG sales target driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Strong people management skills, with bigger teams.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
- Good understanding of developing and understanding sales reports and data
- Computer literacy; MS Office experience + Qlikview advantageous
- Entrepreneurial Initiative & ability to negotiate and make decisions
