**R 40000 - R 45000 Monthly Basic Plus Commission**
**Duties**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential large corporate clients that would benefit from our omnichannel payment solutions. Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new business.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target corporations. Understand their business needs and challenges to effectively pitch payment solutions.
- **High-Level Negotiations**: Engage in negotiations with prospective clients at the executive level. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
- **Presentations and Pitching**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to executive committees and other stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of our payment solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure the solutions meet market needs and client expectations. Provide feedback from the market to help shape future product developments.
- **Revenue Targets**: Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred,
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in the fintech, payment solutions, or a closely related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with large corporate clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to a high-level audience.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
