**About the role**:

- Define the architecture for a specific security consulting project and work in a coordinated capacity with other delivery participants in the successful execution of the project delivery.
- be involved in the design of the integrated security implementation of the projects.
- Responsible from the development of the required security HLD/LLD and implementation guidelines based on the scope of engagement.
- Conduct security assessments and provide analysis on gaps, recommendations on improvements on the security implementation of the client based using best practices an industry wide established and emerging guideline.
- Responsible from establishing security governance and policy guideline where required for the clients.
- Be hands on implementation experience and would also be solicited for FAT, UAT test case development.
- Support activities in the presales phase in developing scope, level of effort and conducting vendor discussions for solution structuring including BOQ and pricing.

**About you**:

- The individual that would be hired for the position would be expected to possess timelines, attention to detail, good and timely communication and being able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in ensuring their completion against deadlines.
- The following technology areas of expertise are sought for the security consultant.
- Mastering WAN, LAN, WLAN, routing, switching is required
- Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Performance routing, route redistribution, ACL, etc.
- Switching: VLAN, Trunking, QoS, GLBP, HSRP, VSS, VCP
- Firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
- Web Application Firewalls
- Web Access Gateways
- DNS Security
- End-Device Security
- IOT security
- SIEM
- Data security
- Cisco SecureX
- Cisco Umbrella

**Additional information**:
A cybersecurity expert that has a minimum of 10 years of experience having dealt in direct customer engagement at consultative capacity.

Minimum qualification required is either a BTech or Degree in the related ICT field.

Security certifications such across vendor including Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet would be highly recommended e.g. CCIE Security, CCNP Security, CyperOps professional
