To participate in, support and leadtransaction/investment origination and structuring, implementation, postinvestment management and client engagement processes in the IBD PI strategy.

**experience and qualifications**:

- Relevant financial and/or engineering degree
- Preferred Qualification: Relevantpost-graduate degree: CA (SA), FIA or B.Eng. MBA and CFA will receivepreference
- In depth knowledge of:

- Accounting and financial statement analysis
- Investment process and decision-making
- Structuring (Credit/Debit/Tax/Legal), loan terminology and underwriting principles
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Relevant sector legislation (preferable)
- Knowledge of the Investment Banking value chain, markets, products and clients(preferable)
- Experience:

- Proven track record in a same/similar role (preferable)
