**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the social media strategy: Create long-term plans that align with broader company objectives and ensure consistent execution across all platforms.
- Manage and mentor a social media team: Provide guidance and leadership to junior social media managers and content creators, ensuring a cohesive and creative approach.
- Oversee content creation and curation: Lead the development of high-quality content tailored to each platform, including written posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Analyze and optimize performance: Continuously track key performance metrics (KPIs) across all platforms, using data to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and drive conversions.
- Lead paid social media campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to support business goals such as lead generation and product promotion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure social media strategies align with other campaigns and business objectives.
- Brand management: Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand image through thoughtful, engaging, and consistent social media presence.
- Crisis management: Develop and implement social media policies and protocols for handling brand reputation issues, crises, and urgent matters.
- Stay ahead of trends: Continuously monitor social media trends, tools, and platform changes to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Senior Social Media Manager or similar role, with demonstrated success in scaling social media efforts and driving business growth
- Expertise in managing multiple social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Deep understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, and advertising platforms
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Suite,Canva, Meta Business)
- Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
