**Responsibilities**:
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals.
- Develop and implement engaging content that increases brand awareness and user engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage influencer relationships and collaborations to increase brand awareness.
- Design and create compelling graphics using Adobe Photoshop to enhance social media content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement marketing programs and promotions.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technology to continually improve our social media presence.
- Maintain the company's image and reputation on social media platforms.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in social media management
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platforms
- Analytical skills to track and analyse social media performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
