**The Role**:
Manage and maintain the Information System Network Infrastructure, Data Center, and Network Security as we as provide technical support, and user training on best practices to ensure governance in the ICT environment.

As the Hosting Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing, Maintaining, troubleshooting and administering cloud and on-premises infrastructures at
- Our Client's offices, including for remote employees of Clients
- Our Data Center (Our rack for hybrid and private cloud hosting).
- Implementing, migrating, and managing tenants on Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Customer sites and branches.

Including on-premises Hardwares and technologies:

- Local network (Cisco, Aruba, Mellanox/Other manageable Switches), wireless network (Ubiquiti), WAN network, Internet connections, Firewall (Fortinet), SD-WAN, VOIP (3CX), computer workstations/Physical (Dell, HP, Supermicro,) and VM servers (Hyper-V), backup Veeam infrastructure, Servers (Windows, Linux), VPNs, SSO, ESET antivirus, and peripheral devices.
- Managing and monitoring infrastructure resources with Atera RMM System, Microsoft System Center, PRTG/Zabbix Monitoring system.
- SDS, SDWAN, Private Cloud, Tunnels.
- To manage IT infrastructure (server rooms, server software, switches, cabling, routers, firewalls, UPS, generators, cameras, etc.) and IT systems, ensuring that infrastructure (through vendors) is well maintained for efficient business operations and that the system Administration Plan is adhered to.
- To manage the company backup solution, ensuring backups are made on time and routinely verifying the integrity of such backups by restoring backups on a weekly and monthly basis.
- To implement and maintain the companies’ firewalls to prevent access violations.
- To maintain and control the user access system to ensure optimal physical security at all times on an ongoing basis.
- Participation in future projects involving network infrastructure and according to client requirements.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BASE:

- Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree in Information Communication & Technology at NQF Level 8 - Advantageous
- Certification in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), and Fortinet Certifications (NSE 4)
- MCSA and MCSE (This will be an advantage)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in network infrastructure or similar role, of which at least 3 years must be in LAN/WAN, ICT Governance, Security Networks(routers/switches/firewalls), ICT Helpdesk support, and Supervisory/Specialist.

Technical Skills and Behavioural Attributes:

- Proficiency in TCP/IP/Routers/Switches/Firewalls.
- Conducting ICT (Data) Backup and Restore.
- Server operating systems and security.
- Project Management
- People management and working under pressure
- Communication, interpersonal skills, presentation, and report writing.
- Hardware and software management.
- Willing to work after hours where required.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
