Role Description

We are looking for a Lounge Host to join our exceptional team at the Slow Lounge at Lanseria International Airport, to deliver a premiun and distinguished experience to our valued guests.

The Lounge Host is the first point of contact with guests, and should therefore be patient, helpful and offer a service that is consistently warm and welcoming  portraying a professional image in line with the SLOW Lounge Brand. The Lounge Hosts, through effective communication are required to manage guests' queries and complaints ensuring the Guest experience is in line with the SLOW Lounge brand offering.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, impeccable telephone and email etiquette, and must be able to maintai a professional standard even whilst under pressure.

Requirements:

Grade 12

At least 12 months experience in a hospitality focused environment (eg. hotel, game lodge, cruise ship)

A tertiary qualification in a hospitality related field will give you a strong advantage

Reliable transport is essential as this position requires shift work, including a night shift.
