Marketing Specialist: B2B Product Marketing

Job summary:
The Marketing Specialist, along with the marketing team, is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and activities to meet the marketing goals that support the business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the key performance indicators for tracking specific marketing. In addition, the candidate will work with content authors, ensuring the delivery of compelling marketing assets to meet strategic priorities and the tactical needs for promoting Construct and OES’s services and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign execution: Design, implement, and monitor engaging multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, social media, and websites) via HubSpot/Salesforce. Work with the agency to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for continued growth.
- Support sales enablement: Under the team's guidance, create slideware, brochures, and collateral for sales teams and events.
- Content marketing: Create and coordinate the development of a variety of content pieces (blogs, case studies, videos, lead magnet resources) to improve page rankings and support lead generation. Coordination with internal specialists and sales is a critical component of successful delivery.
- Product marketing execution: Support the go-to-market strategy for new solutions and lead product web page builds, briefing the agency and managing the go-live process, including technical releases/testing.
Using the product brand style guide, the candidate will be responsible for copywriting across web pages, emails, and other touch points.
- Social media execution: Under the guidance of the team, participate in developing a social media calendar and execute social posts and campaigns.
- Event oversight: Manage event planning, registration, and logistics for key conferences across geographies.
- Website updates: Update content on the Construct Education and OES websites, coordinate with the agency to align Construct Education/Online Education Services site updates, and execute SEO/SEM improvements.
- Research logistics: Assist the Product Innovation team with identifying research targets and supporting digital research efforts (e.g., keyword refinement, A/B testing).
- New Product Lead vetting: Review leads from the website, perform quality checks and research, and forward them to sales staff. The goal is to automate this process to improve the efficiency of lead handover to sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Event coordination experience, especially for conferences and webinars
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Enterprise, social media ad tools and familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of web analytics and SEO/SEM
- Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword research, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)
- Strong writing, copywriting, and editing skills; ability to create persuasive marketing collateral and content.
- A collaborator who is able to bring cross-functional teams together to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with data analysis for campaign optimization and lead quality improvement
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
