The company is seeking an experienced Traffic Manager (Acquisition) with a strong focus on acquisition to join its marketing team in Johannesburg . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of traffic to the company’s online platforms, ensuring efficient and effective acquisition strategies are in place. This role plays a key part in driving user growth, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing ROI.

Your key job responsibilities as the Traffic Manager (Acquisition) in Johannesburg will include:

- Traffic Management: Oversee and manage the flow of traffic from various channels to our online platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies to attract new players and drive growth. Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze traffic performance using various analytics tools. Provide regular reports on traffic trends, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize acquisition campaigns by conducting A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Budget Management: Manage the acquisition budget effectively to maximize return on investment and ensure cost-efficient strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all acquisition activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements for this Traffic Manager (Acquisition) job in Johannesburg :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a traffic management or acquisition role within the iGaming industry.
- Must have experience working in MGA or UKGC markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
