As the traffic manager intern, you will be responsible for managing the traffic of the briefs for the production and design department and implementing production coordination for conceptual editorial, on air channel and digital platforms within budget. Responsibilities
Liaising with the production/design team to confirm production objectives.
Ensuring precision of file establishment and parameters for every outgoing artwork.
Managing utilisation and archive of all project files.
Coordinate production shoot within budget.
Liaise with talent for production shoots.
Liaise with external stakeholders for projects.
Ensure that all briefs are met by their deadlines and for delivery on content production and design assets.
Competencies

**Software**: Microsoft Office, google sheets.
Must be fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creativity
Highly motivated, intellectually curious and passionate about the media industry.
Attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills are key.
Stay up to date with the latest techniques and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
1-2 years experience in the media field.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent qualification.
