- Matric certificate
- Relevant qualifications in a related field (preferred)
- RE exam qualifications (considered a plus)
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams
- Responsibilities
- Support Manager(s) with administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Manage prospect leads and maintain client information on CRM and SharePoint
- Address client inquiries and respond to emails with professionalism
- Prepare and update investment proposals and onboarding documents
- Collect necessary compliance documents (FICA/FAIS)
- Track new business transactions and ensure follow-up
- Adhere to FSCA compliance guidelines
- Process payment instructions and manage existing client accounts
