Key role responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide project administration services for the various subprojects and the deliverables to ensure overall project success, support project meetings, and reporting/review sessions.
- Document and manage the decision, risk, and issue logs and requirements.
- Document and analyse project deliverables and timelines.
- Provide administration to support project deliverables against the required timelines and outcomes.
- Work with the clients PMO team and utilize the PMO process, templates, systems, and methodologies.
- Documenting and or updated the project artefacts.
- Provide expert knowledge and framework for effective project administration.
- Supporting the project team and management.
- Recommend project administration enhancements and reporting standards.
- Recommend performance and monitoring optimization as it relates to the project and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings and venues.
- Minute the outcomes of meetings and ensure distribution of minutes and presentations to all stakeholders.
- Assist the Project team with updates to the project schedules.
- Record the project actuals in the PPO System to enable early detection of issues, ensuring corrective action and escalation where appropriate in support of the Project Lead
- Produce the minutes of the project-related meetings, including Steerco, progress, checkpoints.
- Ensure all artefacts adheres/aligns to the BSA CI and the PMO templates
- Ensure that all artefacts are stored on the SharePoint designated area.
- Ensure project governance is followed and adherence to the PMO procedure manual.
- Distribute Reports and/or Dashboard. Updating the PMO PPO system every week to ensure accurate reporting.

- Administration and organizational skills.
- Good communicator and be able to work in a dynamic team and communicate with various groups.
- Good negotiating skills between various stakeholders is essential.
- Ability to communicate project requirements clearly to enable a full understanding of requirements.
- Risk Management
Experience
- The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience, track record, and be able to demonstrate Project Administration capabilities, knowledge, and know-how in Financial Services, this requirement must be considered part of the submission for this role.
Qualifications / Knowledge
- Matric
- Must be CAPM Certified
- Required computer literacy levels in the MS Office suite and applicable Project Management Applications.
