Our client is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized HR Business Partner to support Human Resource Operations and Management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong commercial acumen to drive HR excellence and align with our strategic business goals while fostering an inspiring organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR & Business Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for organizational growth.
2. Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture. Implement programs and policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
3. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition efforts to ensure the recruitment of top talent aligned with the organization's values and goals. Collaborate with managers to develop succession plans and career development pathways for employees.
4. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback systems. Provide training and support to managers on effective performance management practices.
5. Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures. Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting open communication and collaboration.
6. Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive consistency and fairness within the organization.
7. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
8. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing change management strategies and communication plans. Coach leaders and managers on managing change effectively within their teams.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
2. 5-7 years of proven HR and Management experience, covering Recruitment, Assessments, Onboarding, People Development, and Talent Management.
3. Sound understanding of Employment Equity and Health & Safety Standards.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of general HR processes and business practices.
2. Experience in a BPO environment will be a distinct advantage.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills.
4. Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Strong influencing, consultation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
9. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Salary: R48 000 per month CTC
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
