- High-Value Payments: Guide projects related to high-value payment systems, leveraging your SME knowledge of SWIFT and SAMOS RTGS.
- Liquidity Management: Provide expertise in managing liquidity within banking environments, particularly for high-value payments.
- Software Delivery: Collaborate with project management, product teams, and professional services to ensure projects are well-defined, scoped, and delivered on time, prioritizing projects as a payments SME.
- Team Leadership: Set technical goals, milestones, and objectives, supporting and empowering team members to grow and succeed, fostering a shared sense of purpose and commitment within the team.
- Organisational Savvy: Align with Electrum Payments' vision and strategy, playing a key technical role in achieving organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software solution design.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a Payments SME role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful payment processing systems for SWIFT and/or SAMOS RTGS.
- Experience with SWIFT Alliance and SWIFT implementations using ISO20022.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud environments.
- Background in delivering enterprise software.
