Job Summary

Allmed Healthcare Professionals is seeking a skilled Clinical Facilitator to facilitate clinical education and training for nursing staff in the ICU/High Care setting. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care and support to patients in critical conditions, assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines, and monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate clinical education and training for nursing staff in the ICU/High Care setting
• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in critical conditions
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of patient care

Requirements
• Valid SANC Registration
• Clear Criminal Record
• Updated CV with clinical references
• Proven experience in a similar role and setting, specifically in ICU/High Care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
