Job Title: Clinical Facilitator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Facilitator to join our team at Transgenerational. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating teaching and learning in a clinical setting, with a primary focus on bedside teaching and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma in Medical/Surgical Nursing and 5 years of proven work experience in a multi-disciplinary Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate teaching and learning in a clinical setting
* Provide services for in-service and formal clinical training programs
* Assess staff competence according to Group standards and protocols
* Plan, prepare, implement, and manage education and training requirements
* Design and implement CPD programs

Requirements:

* Current registration with SANC as a Registered General Nurse or equivalent qualification
* Postgraduate diploma in Medical/Surgical Nursing
* 5 years of proven work experience in a multi-disciplinary Intensive Care Unit
* Postgraduate diploma in Nursing Education or equivalent
* Assessorship certified
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts
