Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Facilitator to join our team at Allmed Healthcare Professionals. The successful candidate will facilitate clinical education and training for nursing staff in the ICU/High Care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clinical education and training for nursing staff in the ICU/High Care setting.
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in critical conditions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Valid SANC Registration.
  • Clear Criminal Record.
  • Updated CV with clinical references.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and setting, specifically in ICU/High Care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
