About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business. You will work closely with our sales team to jointly manage the pipeline of product opportunities, ensuring that each sales opportunity is driven proactively to maximize results.
Your key responsibilities will include developing partner-specific and product-specific strategies, execution plans, and activities to drive sales growth. This will involve collaborating with our sales team to grow vendor revenue in existing install base accounts and new accounts through targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, and enablement.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an ongoing forecast of current and future opportunities, including weekly pipeline follow-ups and forecast submissions. Additionally, you will develop and execute a market share growth strategy, taking full responsibility for brand market share performance.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales and technical experience, preferably in software or similar vendor application and/or hardware sales
- Relevant national qualifications (NQF 6/10) and a matric certificate
- Experience in distribution and reseller channel sales, preferred
