Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager in managing their diary, scheduling appointments and meetings, and preparing materials for these events.
  • Assist with correspondence, document management, and report preparation, ensuring that all documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
  • Develop and maintain a document management system, ensuring that all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the unit, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled meetings, events, and arrange refreshments as required.

Requirements

  • A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or in a similar environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience is an added advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A certificate in a related functional discipline will be beneficial, but not necessary.
