Sales Representative Job Description

At HR Genie, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and develop new business partnerships.
  2. Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Territory Management: Manage and develop your territory, identifying new sales opportunities and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
  4. Trade Marketing: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the beverages or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours.
  • Related undergraduate degree or diploma.
