We are seeking a highly skilled Property Portfolio Officer to join our team in East London.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing third-party Body Corporate/HOA portfolio, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining current relationships with third-party Body Corporate/HOA properties.
Responsibilities- Portfolio Growth: Focus on expanding our Body Corporate/HOA portfolio, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market presence.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, Trustees, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective administration.
- Process Efficiency: Streamline administrative processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and efficient management of related tasks.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure all properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation, maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.
- Complex Wellness: Foster a positive and thriving community environment, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Diploma or Degree in Management (advantageous)
- Paddocks UCT Sectional Title/HOA Management Course qualification (advantageous)
- Registered with the EAAB, holding a valid FFC (advantageous)
- Valid Code 08 Driver's license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing sectional title schemes/HOA's and complex management
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite
We offer a competitive salary based on your experience, which is estimated to be around R300,000 per annum.
