Job Description:

This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the Government Motor Transport (GMT) systems and related ICT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering ICT systems, coordinating user support, developing documentation, and ensuring IT system security and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer ICT systems, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for users.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
