Governance Coordinator: Ombudsman Support

The Western Cape Government is inviting applications for a Governance Coordinator position to support the Ombudsman.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing governance support, including research, analysis, and coordination of various tasks.

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  1. a degree or diploma in governance or related field;
  2. at least 2 years experience in a governance role;
  3. excellent research and analytical skills.

As a Governance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Ombudsman and contributing to the effective governance of the department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior officials, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the department's success.

The remuneration package for this position includes a salary range of R 308 154 - R 362 994 per annum (Salary level 7), plus service benefits such as medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc.
