Required Qualifications

  • Completed Matriculation
  • NQF Level 5 Certification
  • At least 120 Insurance Credits
  • Passed Regulatory Examinations
  • FAIS Compliance (Long-Term Insurance)
  • Must have Class of Business (COB) and compliance training

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in the insurance sector
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or telephone environment
  • A minimum of 1 year in sales or retention within a contact center
