We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our expanding team at The Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of leads, engaging with potential clients, and presenting our company's solutions to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Present our company's solutions to clients and negotiate deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial solar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closed deals above 100kw.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial solar market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
