The company is seeking a motivated and skilled Agricultural Industry Sales Professional to join its team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to current and potential clients in the agriculture industry.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about agriculture and has experience in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry, including crop needs and farming practices, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will work closely with clients and farmers to provide ongoing support and develop long-term working relationships. This role requires a high level of organization, time management, and adaptability, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell and market the company's products and services to current and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and farmers
  • Conduct research and analyze data to understand client needs and preferences
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients and farmers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in agriculture or relevant qualification
  • At least 3 years' sales and marketing experience in the agricultural industry
  • Strong understanding of the agriculture industry, including crop needs and farming practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clear criminal record
