We are looking for a highly motivated Key Client Relations Manager to join our team at Smdtechnologies.
Job DescriptionThe Key Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve client goals and objectives
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitoring and reporting on client satisfaction and feedback
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 4-5 years' experience in sales management, key account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
