Job Description

RareCruit is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Your primary focus will be on conducting audits of processes, systems, and documentation to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for monitoring quality performance indicators (QPIs), such as defect rates, complaints, audit non-conformances, and non-conformance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Conduct audits of processes, systems, and documentation
  • Monitor quality performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Provide training and guidance to employees
  • Investigate reports, complaints, and non-conformances
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality assurance, engineering, science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and data analysis
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
