Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist who can provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in managing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits and assessments, and providing training and support to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement quality management strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • To conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • To provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their knowledge and skills in quality assurance.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as quality management or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in quality assurance, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
